Don't get me wrong. Jimmy John's is delicious and amazing!! The food is always stellar. However, their cashier was far from professional. His co worker tried to start off our order, he wasn't at the register but was assisting us! This blonde dude in a backwards cap basically chews him out/yells at him in front of my friend and I about how the he needed to go to the register to take an order instead of what he was currently doing (which was still assisting us) and takes over cashieing....read full review
At my core I'm a sandwich lover. Is Jimmy Johns the best sandwich joint around... no, but for a chain they are pretty solid. They don't complicate their sandwiches . They keep it simple, tasty, and just as they tout.... Crazy fast. Also, I've always been a big fan of their bread.... Very dense. Always a good option.

These guys went out of their way to help me with a delivery. The Knob hill location didn't have drivers, and you can't order through a delivery service apparently. This JJ went above and beyond. The guy on the phone was awesome and had a great sense of humor about the situation!
