“Another trip out west where I can't find a good sandwich. Until I happen to find myself in Yakima Washington we're low and behold I found a Jersey Mike’s. Thank goodness. I can always count on the food being up to par with a good homemade sandwich. I can always trust that the staff is really nice. At this visit, I got to meet the manager, Chris and his lovely staff who helped us out expediently and deliciously. The restaurant was very clean and inviting and I highly recommend it if you're on the road. Thanks all!“

“I absolutely love the Honey Bourbon Chicken sub here! Sometimes, I'll go for the peppercorn Caesar wrap which is perfect for a quick savory lunch. Their bottled drinks and fountain soda machine could use some sprucing but overall I never mind coming here. The Harvest Chicken wrap is a solid choice too for its savory sauce and crunchiness that brings heartiness to each bite. I always add a bag of chips to it and pie it with a bottled tea or juice. The prices are low and the satisfaction is high making this a great lunch spot to satisfy that rumbling belly. Despite the lunch crowd they receive, the line moves pretty quickly. I also enjoy their turkey sandwiches so it's never a dull meal here. You can also opt for a cookie instead of the chips!“

“Being in the place where it is, this is a pretty convenient place to eat. I have to say that just like with every chain, the atmosphere is pretty standard Subway. The food is pretty much the same as any other Subway, which is to say it's pretty good. I have not had much of a chance to interact with staff, but I don't really have anything to comply about, as the staff has provided me with satisfactory service both times that I have grabbed a sandwich here. Would I eat here again? Probably, if I'm hungry and happen to be shopping here ??‍♂️“

“Food was OK. The lettuce was browning I let the employee know and he still put it on my sandwich then refilled the container for the next customer. I told the cashier I got no response literally, she ignored me completely. Yes, I did repeat the complaint, she definitely heard me.“

“Love SUBWAY! This is my go-to lunch place! The Lincoln location staff are always friendly and my order is always fresh! Each time I order online, my wrap is waiting for me on the pick-up shelf. No waiting! The online ordering takes a keen eye though...some of the veggies are pre-selected and some are not. If you click on one, you could be adding or deselecting it so you have to really pay attention to what you're clicking on.“

“The workers here are amazing, super helpful ?. The superstar of this restaurant is "Elle" with the GREEN and dark hair ponytail. She is so kind, helpful, and always has a big smile! She genuinely cares about her job and providing amazing service! I visit the restaurant at least 3 times a week and have had nothing but positive experiences from all the employees and the quality of the ingredients are much more fresh then other Subways in town. I am a delivery driver and this Subway is the best one in Yakima, by far!! Thank you Elle for going above and beyond, making customers days better! ?“

“I ordered ahead and wanted it ready at 12:15. It was ready at 11:36 for pickup and I called to confirm is that was true. They explained the process as to why they make them ahead which makes sense. He offered to have them remake my sammich and I felt bad for making them do that since it’s a waste. He had them remake it anyways for when I would be there and that’s just awesome. I still felt bad though so I bought a bag a chips and left a $5 tip for the hassle, dude still tried to talk me out of it but I insisted. Customer service is on point and the Sammie’s are always delish. Thanks guys!!!“

“These guys went out of their way to help me with a delivery. The Knob hill location didn't have drivers, and you can't order through a delivery service apparently. This JJ went above and beyond. The guy on the phone was awesome and had a great sense of humor about the situation!“

“Paid for a double meat tuna footlong and got regular meat. At least they honored the coupon, so it was only $11.36 as opposed to $14 or more (ridiculous). The coupon was for a $6.99 FL with double meat costing an extra $3.50. The ingredients are always fresh, which is why they get a 4 rating instead of a 3.Also, the last couple of visits, they have no ice tea available except in the cooler. I can't imagine not making ice tea in the summer, which tells me they're short on help.“
