"Freaky Fast" needs changed to "Scary Slow".Ordering via online or app is pointless. They obviously prioritize orders, pushing online or app orders to the back of the line. I ordered ahead and wanted it ready at 12:15. It was ready at 11:36 for pickup and I called to confirm is that was true. They explained the process as to why they make them ahead which makes sense. He offered to have them remake my sammich and I felt bad for making them do that since it’s a waste. He had them remake it anyways for when I would be there and that’s just awesome.
