Imma start this by saying, I love Dutch. I have been a customer for years and at other locations even know the workers. But I came here for the first time in years and I have never had this experience before. The worker that helped me didn’t even say hi when I rolled up and waited for me to just order. No one was smiling or talking to me the whole time. They had my drink sitting waiting and no one gave it to me until the guy outside came in. The lady that helped me had me pay and walked away. I personally manage in the service industry and I hope my customers never have this experience. I will continue to go to my regular Dutch but this was just awkward/:::

I’ve come here many times and the service is always on point and my order accurate. I’ve tried other locations but the quality of the drinks can be hit or miss so I come here instead. Sometimes the drinks can be too sweet or watery but they do a great job of balancing out the sweetness to coffee ratio here. My favorite is the cookie butter flavored drinks but they are out now.

Whoever the girl who was working at 12:50pm on 11/4 did an amazing job being the only one working at the moment. Our coffee was very demure and tasteful!
Nothing hits the same when you want a cold drink as a frozen slushy style energy drink. Main reason I go here. Also love the convenience of the app and ordering for pickup in advance.

I've been coming here for years. Usually, there are no issues. Today, I was charged $2.65 for iced water put in my own mug. I've never been charged so much for just water. I understand it's a business, but this doesn't make sense at all. Other Dutch locations refuse to let me pay for water if it's in my own mug.
