Saw their sign for fresh handmade tortillas and had to pop in. While I waited I had a birria taco on just a normal tortilla and it was delicious - imagine it would be next level with the handmade one. The whole menu looks amazing. My husband & I have challenged our selves to visit as many food trucks in Yakima that we could find. A very fun activity. We have visited most and this one has great food, the owners are the best. If one wants a treat...you need to visit.
