I don't think I will return.
The manager at jack in the box on 1st, has no people skills, rude, horrible customer service skills? She should be fired for the way we were treated today April 1st , 2023. at 944am? I purchased a meal for me, my husband and son and the total came up to 34 99? First of all she said we no longer put whip cream in my ice coffee,then, she told an employee what she gave them. Ice water cups and said they no longer give water cups, my meal came with hot coffee, they didn't even ask...read full review
customer service is poor, manager need retake customer service training.
I order milkshake with whip, whip was runny is ask for refund. Lady was very rude, i ask for manager state she was and advised me I don't have to come back!!
and when getting refund back they ask for milkshake back smh...
