“The staff was so polite, in particular Marisol was very friendly. We had a big complicated order with all kinds of unique request. Instead of getting frustrated she was very patient and made her order was perfect. We will definitely make this our go to location in Yakima.“

“A lot of Jack-in-the-Box’s will tell you after 11:00 to 12:00 at night that their shake machine is down for the night due to cleaning or whatever. But this Jack-in-the-Box they cleaned their machine and it’s right back in action does not matter the hour!! because sometimes I like to drink milkshakes at 2am or 3:45am. You can count on these guys to have there shake machine’s up and running and I appreciate that big time!!!“

“So I was against coming back to this establishment for quite a few years. Both times I had visited were at night and it was an awful experience. The staff was so rude and acted so inconvenienced by me asking for a simple alteration of my order. Well I went back last night, the staff was incredible. Very accommodating, extremely polite. They understood that the app wouldn't let me make alterations so they worked with me to make sure that I got my order exactly like I wanted. They were very apologetic even though it's not their fault. The food was hot and fresh. Overall a great experience, and I will be coming back. It seems like they cleaned house and the staff is much better. Great job guys keep up the excellent work!“
