Jimmy John's in Yakima

“We had sandwiches for take out that were for lunch the next day. I had the double roast beef which was delicious. I love the bread and options at Jimmy Johns.

The stores need a rethink. A lot of the signs that were probably created 10-20 years ago are quite tone deaf to today’s society and some simply belittle people. I don’t see the need and it’s put me off. I’m not sure I will be back.“

“I ordered ahead and wanted it ready at 12:15. It was ready at 11:36 for pickup and I called to confirm is that was true. They explained the process as to why they make them ahead which makes sense. He offered to have them remake my sammich and I felt bad for making them do that since it’s a waste. He had them remake it anyways for when I would be there and that’s just awesome. I still felt bad though so I bought a bag a chips and left a $5 tip for the hassle, dude still tried to talk me out of it but I insisted. Customer service is on point and the Sammie’s are always delish. Thanks guys!!!“
