After I said what I wanted I received help quickly but I got some of the worst looking products. Good thing it was for football drunks who didn't mind but I did being the buying person and a loyal member.
My Krispy Kreme app wasn’t working to get the discounted dozen donuts that was offered, I was trying to reset my password and update the app but nothing was working while I had been sitting there for 10ish minutes struggling to login. One of the employees comes to the window and hands me the box of a dozen donuts and wouldn’t accept any payment from me.

Great donuts! Would have given 5 stars if coffee wasn't so strong. Mentioned it to staff, but they said that they were not very familiar with how coffee should taste. As this is a key product to serve with donuts, management should do mandatory training until all front staff can make consistent coffee even with their eyes closed.
