I wanted to comment on the manager working at the time. She was busting her butt to keep the flow of things. There was a lot of communication coming from her to her crew. Very well done. She was speaking to her crew in a respectful but assertive voice under pressure (which is not easy to do).
My food was fresh and the lobby was clean.“
“Didn't wait long. It's always a fast and friendly experience at this location. Good Wifi too.
They also honor the hours displayed. Their lobby is open until 11 pm. If I have a Doordash order instructing me to pick up inside before 11 pm, I know I can trust the instructions. In many other locations I get out of my car only to find the doors locked before the posted hours.“
“My husband and I had breakfast here around 8:45 a.m. We came from North Seattle for some work. I don’t want to compare the food since most McDonald’s locations have the same good quality, but I really want to highlight the person who hosted us. He was wonderful and very welcoming — his kindness made our morning even better. I truly appreciate his great service.“
“I was getting frustrated by how long it took to get my coffee, but there was this woman, she's a Black woman, I didn't catch her name. But she had a big smile on her face even though it was super busy. She had pep in her step and I really appreciate seeing that hustle while everyone else was just waltzing around calmly during the rush. She was really encouraging to her teammates, she didn't get frustrated, not once, where most would have lost their cool. She sounded southern, referring to people as babe and baby. It was very endearing. Her energy was IMMACULATE! I find most times when I leave reviews, it was because of a bad experience. It's rare I leave one because someone left such a lasting impression. But she had that much of an impact, this woman deserves a raise and a promotion! Thank you for brightening my day with your smile, and keep up the amazing work! 🙏🏻“
“McDonald's is always my go to if I need a fast boot fix that quick they're always fast an lately have been good at giving all food you ordered. Sometimes you want something small or a meal whatever just a quick craving for some ice cream or a pie some nuggets or fries or just drive threw for a quick drink they're always polite.“
