“2nd Street Grill deserves 5 stars! I had a busy day at work and ordered to have my lunch delivered via a 3rd party company. The chicken was missing from my salad and when I called, they quickly made it right by re-delivering my salad. Great food and fantastic service!!“

“I want to give a shout out to Bernie, my server tonight. He was incredibly attentive, made sure I had everything I needed, and handled a small mix-up with my order quickly and graciously. His positivity really stood out and made my stay at this hotel more enjoyable.

“Went to multiple karaoke nights Fri/Sat. Got there later so limited food options at that time. Drpm that alone...i will make sure to go warly next time to get sometjing from full kitchen memu!! !What I got was awesome except 😎 no SMALL PORTIONS!!! Last time there got the healthier option of a chicken tender salad that was great!!! Asked if family friendly and dont know during the daytime bit it IS a bar so 21+ for karaoke! There is an outside area but I didnt make it out there so I cant answer if there's seating outside“

“We had a wonderful dinner. Fabulous food, not pretentious, just really well prepared steak and sides. Very nice Cobb salad as well. Great selection of drinks.“

“During my stay at the Holiday Inn, I decided to get dinner at the 8th Street bistro. The server was very friendly and kind enough to put the Giants baseball game on the booth TV for me. I ordered the build your own hamburger and seasoned fries, and it was excellent! An amazing burger and fresh, crisp crinkle cut fries.“

“We / my husband and I were there from Rocklin, California at a reunion.. we got there very late. Most of the food was gone. It looked delicious.. however, we didn’t get to enjoy it!! That of course our fault! … but I happen to be very hungry… two of your waiters (gentlemen) asked me if there was something they could get for me! Of course I said, yes!! I asked for Iced Tea .. brought to me immediately and then the second gentleman asked if he could get something for me .. he brought me a small loaf of that delicious bread nicely warm and butter!! It was delicious!! I would like to commend those two gentlemen!! Your restaurant is phenomenal as well as elegant!!! Thank you!! If ever I am in your city I will stop by and maybe the next visit I can enjoy that delicious food you offer!! Beautiful place!!“
