I will say it's crazy to stand first in line for 15 minutes while they prioritize the drive-thru..... That's some great customer service!

When we ordered our food in the drive-thru, some of the entrees weren't quite ready so the staff had us pull forward and wait. We had to wait for over 10 minutes but the staff came and apologized and then gave us an extra side of teriyaki chicken because it took longer. Very good service and very kind staff!

Black Pepper sirloin steak premium was extra cost. And no brocoli in it , just the hard stems, what a dissapointment with this meal. Do better panda, I guess you got to go in to get better service?? Maybe?

I ordered online for a pick up time 35 minutes later at 4pm. I got there and they hadn't even started making my order, but were making orders for drive thru and people that came in after me. I went to ask why the wait she said we were waiting on the 4 apple pie egg rolls, I said ok. She then started making my order at 4:13 pm leaving it all to get cold on the counter until 4:21 when she gave it to me. I get all the way home to realize the apple pie egg rolls were not even in the bag. I watched her make them but have no clue where she put them. So I call the restaurant and she says we'll my employee assure they're in there. I repeated they are not and told her the whole order and asked for my money back. She said she can't do that unless I drive to the store, so I did and when I got there she said the only thing she could do was give me the egg rolls. At this point, my family was already at home eating as I drove back and forth and didn't even get the egg rolls or a refund. The girl doubled down in the store with accusing me of stealing the egg rolls. So I left the store and called corporate who said they would refund the egg rolls but never really apologized. I don't get the money to eat out often and this made it horrible. I still never got the stupid refund either.

I waited for 15 minutes for a door dash and they failed to focus on the order to go. They started the order then helped 5 orders after and let the food get cold.
Management needs to see this and adress it with the staff at this location.

Recently, when people order something that has a wait, they dont send them to go up front to park and just let them stay in line causing long waits... needs to change..

Went here about an hour and a half or so before they closed. I had put in an online order for Beijing beef and fireside chicken with steamed rice. I wait in line I get to the speaker I tell them I have an online order they tell me that they don't have any Beijing beef what I like anything else on the menu and I tell them no. Just go ahead and take it off the bill. So then they proceeded to tell me they can't do that because it's an online order, I told him they're going to have to figure it out because I don't want anything else on the menu and so she tells me they're going to cancel my order and then I'll get my money back in 3 days. So not only am I still waiting in the line at the coffee drive-thru I also am leaving here without any food and out of my money for at least 3 days. I don't recommend this place. they're too lazy to make you any food. And they obviously don't know how to work their online ordering system.

It’s seems as if they strive to get a one star review. I ordered online and when i proceeded to go through the drive through the person on the other end taking my order seemed very rude and as if i was intruding. I ended up receiving my food with a toon of oil all over my bowls and when I arrived home there was a ton of oil at the bottom of my bowl that looked like it was done purposely. I don’t normally write reviews but this isn’t the first time i had a bad experience at this store and I really don’t want anyone else having the same experience as i did. So before you get food from here I must say you were warned!
