I quickly realized why I have not eaten at this location for a really long time. When ordering online they forget about your order until you show up to pick it up then the staff gives attitude and dirty looks like you did not just order food 30 minutes ago. The staff here is young and under trained to deal with customer service.

I ordered some panda express through Uber Eats at 10:14am today and when I recieved it I made sure everything was there. It was all present and correct. I ordered a bigger plate with all chow mein and 2 sweet fire chicken breasts and a kung pao chicken breast and a medium super greens. While my chicken and chow mein were amazing I started working on the super greens and noticed something strange after I was halfway done with them. I liked closer and there are bugs and worms in my food! 🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮 I've never been so grossed out in my life! I want my money back! I have pictures and videos to prove it. I forgot to mention this was the west valley location in yakima.

The staff here is not friendly. I’ve visited multiple times and I’m always surprised at how unfriendly the staff is. Their food is good but super disappointed at the attitude. I’m not requesting anything like a special request, just ordering food. What a bummer.
