“First time ordering from this Starbucks and we went through the drive thru. Staff was friendly from ordering, payment, to pick up. They can do two separate tabs and they were patient with us as we scanned through 5 different gift cards ??They actually put light ice in my strawberry açaí refresher and were friendly in asking me and my friend what our plans were today. Quick, friendly, and accurate is how I’d describe this Starbucks location.“

“I have never ordered what I call a "fancy drink" until last week, had no clue, just wanted caffeine without dark coffee. Hannah was so patient, going through refreshing drink options, even when a mom and two children waited for at least three - four minutes which in Starbucks' world is a wait. Resulting pineapple with coconut and something else was delicious, a drink I can enjoy there if I'm feeling social or make at home. Wonderful to see manager Melissa as well, she has a genuine smile and presence that lights up a room, as does Hannah.“

“Only reason i gave this a 5 star is because of the awful service i have had. Any time I have ever stopped by for a quick coffee, i have had terrible service. For example, one time I went in and 3 of the baristas were standing on the opposite side of the stand over where the seating area is and were just talking. 2 of them looked over at me and seen me standing there. They didn't even stop their conversation to come help me or bother telling me that they would be right with me. After about 5 min of waiting one gal finally came over, didnt even apologize and said to me, "What do you want?" she was a little hostile as well. So i refuse to go there anymore. I always go to Ashley at the safeway on 16th! Much much better service“
“Was just another Starbucks really. ;) That being said, the drink was just as delicious as it always is and the customer service is always so welcoming and they are great when it comes to helping you order if you want to try something different they have great recommendations.“
“I frequently purchase an iced mocha and a newspaper here during my morning walk. Service is always excellent. My complaint is with management. They recently installed new payment machines, and rather than improving on the old system, they have made it worse. Under both systems it is impossible to leave a tip for your workers when paying with a credit card. This is the only take-out business I know of that treats their workers like this. Also, under the “new and improved” system, I cannot pay for my newspaper and mocha in the same place. I have to go through the grocery store checkout to pay for the paper. Very inconvenient and unaccommodating. Please do better!“

“Always great service. And always great coffee. Never Tastes burnt. And it’s always done fast. Even when they are busy. And their sandwiches are always cool through. Unlike some others.
The only down side is the homeless that like to hangout and ask for money or if you can buy them something. or taking up sitting when it’s busy. Bathroom is always clean as well. Best idea for this Starbucks was adding the code lock.“
