I love everything about The White House Cafe! Take time to inspect every little creative detail. The homemade decorations and the collected items. The presentation of the drinks and the plates. It's the only place I stop when traveling through Yakima ❤
My husband and I were passing through Yakima and looking for a place to have brunch. We chose the White House cafe based on its good reviews. Unfortunately, our experience was not up to the hype. It took forever to be recognized and a long time to be seated even though there were several open tables. I ordered the breakfast bowl which was supposed to have eggs, cheese and hash browns. Basically, I paid $20 for a bowl of scrambled eggs. There was no cheese and I couldn’t...
White House Cafe was always my favorite breakfast spot while we lived in Yakima, so when we came back to visit family in the area, I wanted to have breakfast there once again. While the food was delicious (and the wait staff is friendly), we waited over 45 minutes just to get our food. Supposedly the waitress gave our meal to another couple who arrived later than we did. Living out of state, I was so excited to eat here again but the experience was super disappointing.
