“Review of Hyatt Vineyards Saperavi Rating: ★★★★★ (5/5) I recently had the pleasure of tasting the Saperavi from Hyatt Vineyards in Zillah, and it was nothing short of extraordinary. From the moment I poured the deep, ruby-red wine into my glass, I was captivated by its rich color and enticing aromas. On the nose, the Saperavi reveals an impressive bouquet of dark berries, particularly blackberry and black cherry, intertwined with hints of dark chocolate, spice, and a subtle earthiness. It’s a complex profile that promises a delightful tasting experience, and it certainly delivers. Taking my first sip, I was immediately struck by the wine's bold, full-bodied nature. The flavors are beautifully layered, with luscious fruit notes complemented by a touch of oak and a peppery finish. The tannins are well-structured yet velvety, providing a perfect balance that elevates the wine without overpowering the palate. The acidity is just right, ensuring a refreshing quality that invites you to take another sip. What truly sets this Saperavi apart is its remarkable depth and complexity. It’s a wine that evolves with each sip, revealing new nuances and flavors as it breathes. Whether enjoyed alone or paired with a hearty meal—think grilled lamb, rich stews, or even a dark chocolate dessert—this wine stands out as a versatile companion. The craftsmanship of Hyatt Vineyards shines through in every aspect of this Saperavi. It’s clear that the winemakers have poured their heart and soul into creating a wine that not only pays homage to its Georgian roots but also embodies the unique terroir of the Yakima Valley. In conclusion, Hyatt Vineyards’ Saperavi is a must-try for any wine enthusiast. It’s a testament to the potential of Washington wines and a delightful experience that I highly recommend. I can’t wait to return to Hyatt Vineyards to savor this gem again!“
“Stopped in for a tasting on the way to Tri-Cities, glad we did. They serve all reds, which were excellent showing off the best of what the local grapes have to offer. Tasting room nice and straightforward. Had a hard time picking which to bring home because they were all good. Also an excellent value for the quality. Love that it is a small family run business as well.“
“Such a wonderful experience and I could not have asked for a better start to my birthday road trip than making an unplanned visit here. The ladies in the tasting room were fabulous, so kind, interesting and just great to talk with. They know their wines and they are delicious. My husband loved their bubbles so much he’s asking how we can work it to stop by again on the way home. :)“

“Very nice wine, the Graciano was our favorite,, we enjoyed chatting with the owners, they truly love what they do and it shows in their wine and tasting room. Bonus is they also operate an Airbnb on site, so you can make it a weekend of wine tasting around the Yakima Valley.“

“This winery is a must while wine tasting is Zillah. Paul is so friendly and kind and their wine is AMAZING!!“
“We absolutely enjoyed our visit here. We were greeted by the friendly owner and staff. We got a bottle of the SilverLake 2022 Roza Riesling and l loved it. They have cocktails for 12$ and wine tasting for 20$. The premises are serene and peaceful with the sounds of birds and waterfall. This was their first day after being closed for the season so the restaurant was closed. Highly recommend and we would love to be back.“

“I visited LaPierre for the first time today, and it certainly won’t be my last! The charcuterie board was AMAZING (and can we please talk about the most delicious cheeses they provided?!?). Can’t wait for the colder weather when the globes come out! I only had a wine slushee to drink today, and it was amazing! Can’t wait to try some of the bottled wine next time!“
