“I ordered online and went to pick up my fried chicken. The only thing open was the drive through, so I had to wait in line behind all the other KFC lovers who'd just ordered. Coincidentally, the best damn chicken of my life, I must say. Thanks be to Colonel Sanders.“

“4 dinners during busier hours plus a Togo dinner, & our cups didn't stay empty long, nor did food take long to arrive. Appetizers were fresh, hot, & tasting amazing. The potions of the full meal from app to dinner plate plus sides were huge! They even up sized my son's mac from youth to adult (small fee) for him to not leave hungry! Our families fave birthday dinner place!Dietary restrictions: I have severe allergies & the cooks double clean the grill & use clean unticiles before prepping my food to avoid cross contamination. They also double check the kind of bacon I've chosen hasn't had contact with the kind I'm allergic to, plus double checking none of the produce accidentally touched my allergens too.Parking: As physically disabled family we have to be keely aware of how wide aisles are & other walking spaces, how close wheelchair accessible vs other handicap parking is, ramps vs stairs, etc. It's currently a pain to get to parking lot from road due to other companies construction, but the parking lot itself & building access are nice. They do a semi decent job in snow season to keep it plowed, shoveled, & salted too!Kid-friendliness: My children have always been welcomed & we see many other families of all walks there as well. Kid menues offer kid fare in mid & early elementary portions, they can up size for small fee, & offer togo boxes/cups.Wheelchair accessibility: Most areas are wide enough for a standard wheelchair with ramps, extra wide or some wider motorized ones may have difficulty. The bathroom stall shares changing station in womans.“

“It’s alright. The minimum tip is 18 percent though. They do this so that their drivers make more than other delivery places I think. Not sure why though. Kind of a turn off for customers. Toppers is a little cheaper. They have better deals and have a 15 percent tip option. I would tip more, but I’m broke.“

“I've had the pleasure of eating here a couple of times. The food is AMAZING. If you leave hungry, it's your own dang fault. Sue and Arthur are nice people.Conversation with them and other patrons has always been easy and pleasant.“

“I ordered ahead for their cheese bread which was amazing but waited at the front counter for almost 10 mins for someone to acknowledge I was there and their entire restaurant was closed off (their buffet was the best part pre Covid…)so if your only business is pickup or delivery I’d think you’d want to pay attention to customers walking in for their orders…“

“This is a very fast service place. Usually your pizza is ready in 15 mins. People at the desk are knowledgeable and assist you whichever way possible. When it comes to the quality of pizza, Pizza Hut as a whole stands way behind compared to Papa John's. The new Papa John's store is a serious competition to this store. Taste wise this store is comparable to other Pizza huts in the area. They always have plates and napkins when needed.Their dipping sauces are okay and better than the Domino's but again not even close to Papa John's.What really matters to me is the next day quality of the pizza. When you have leftovers, their pizza slice doesn't taste as good as a Topper's pizza or Papa John's. Something to do with the ingredients I guess. Toppings are also not even spread out but that is not just this store. You will find the same level of ignorance in a Pizza Hut located in Minnesota or California. Attention to diligence is what Pizza Hut needs to learn. It is not about the quantity but the execution.Overall this store is better than the other store in the town.“

“WE DRIVE FROM MN to get this PIZZA!!!!After growing up with (Jeff and Jim's) pizza in Menomonie and after that location was closed we realized Jim Bob's was the other half.We drive at least 1-2 times a year now to to get the SMOTHERELLA Sticks.......has to be a 20 INCH with RANCH!We'll make the trek for pizza and head to Eau Claire Games and Arcade right down the road for fun and games!Please pay them a visit and keep them in business!...We'll be back“

“I recommend, but feel so disappointed tonight. I ordered a $10 pizza for delivery with a 2.50 2 liter soda. I asked for Diet Coke, the person put down pepsi and did not bother telling me they do not have coke products. Instead they sent 2 diabetic customers a regular bottle of pepsi. Now our awesome driver went back and got us diet pepsi instead, and I appreciate him.. But whoever took the order messed up,, and that makes me sad. I am partial to the North store, it was my 2nd job that I left my first one for. It is the job i purchased my 1st car with and I just want to say how sad I am that my driver had to turn around for another bottle of soda. Not even really what I wanted, if he would have said no coke products my order would have been different.. Other than this unfortunate experience,, i still will order from them. I hope next time my order takers listening ears are on.. and yes i'm a teacher who took most the night deciding rather or not to post this.“
