“Such unfortunate news that this location is closing. They offered a great tour and a great experience. I fear that in the future the brand will just be known for a couple of its seasonal instead of all the other great brews they make and the history of the yeast they use.“

“We always have a great time here! We did the tour about ten years ago and then our second time today. Bridget was great and the beer is always delicious! ?It is also dog friendly on the patio and they have fun beer truck events. Thanks to Bridget and all the great Leinie staff, we will definitely be back. ????

“We were passing thru EauClaire and heard many good things about LAZY MONK. We knew we had to try it. The beers were very good. We espeacially liked the Octoberfest ,the dark Bohemian one and the Kolsh. The bartender was on theball to serve and very informative.All of this and Dog Friendly too. We will be back. “We did the wine tasting and distillery tour on a whim and we loved it. The tour was like 40 minutes and then we tasted 5 wines of our choice after. Our server was so knowledgeable and it was a beautiful restaurant. As 8 college girls, we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves; wine can be intimidating but it was very accessible. We all purchased bottles and will be back!“

“They have a good selection of beer and I really like the atmosphere there. They have shuffleboard, board games and other things to do while enjoying some locally brewed beer. I like that they have a lot of seating options (bar, high tops, low tops) and sometimes have live music! The beers are very affordable Ranging from $3 5oz tasters to $8ish dollars for high ABV options but most land around $6 for a 16 oz which I find reasonable for specialty/locally brewed options. I love that the upstairs is open so even when you’re up there during live music, you can still hear it. A super cool place that I would definitely visit again!“
