I placed a catering order with them and they were super easy to work with and quick at responding. Pulled pork, Mac and cheese, and corn bread - everything was very delicious. Our guests loved it, too

Jim and Marie are the kindest souls, and really put their heart into the food/their business. Rollin’ Smoke graciously catered our wedding reception (on a 95+ degree day!) and the food was absolutely phenomenal!! We received compliments on the meal throughout the entire night, and they were onsite from start to finish to make sure everything went smoothly. Highly, highly recommend for either just a quick bite or a full on catering event! We can’t thank them enough!

Rollin' Smoke BBQ is the best BBQ in the valley! Their brisket loaded Mac is a hit, even with toddlers. The generous portion of brisket is tender and juicy, paired perfectly with sweet pepper slaw. The pulled pork, chicken, and brisket all have distinct flavors, and the sides like Mac and cheese are flavorful.
The restaurant is known for its delicious burnt ends that are smoky, with a perfect rub and just the right amount of sauce. The pulled pork sandwich with coleslaw is a customer favorite, with the added peppers in the slaw providing an extra burst of flavor.
