I placed an order for pick up, and it showed 826 pick-up time. I got to the location and checked in on the line almost 20 minutes later, but still no food was called and 5 minutes later I had it. Also fix the parking lot nothing but pot holes

I always find the food to be excellent at this location. We Usually have the two for $25 I have steak and she has an Asian salad. Neither of them ever disappoint!

Server was polite and apologetic. However, over all service was poor from our arrival to the bill. Slow, nearly 50 minutes to get our food. When the 5 meals finally arrived, all 5 were cold. Had to wait additional time for silverware and napkins. Mac and cheese order was wrong and served with Alfredo noodles instead because they ran out of macaroni. Why didn’t they mention that? Would have ordered something else. Chicken Alfredo was served cold, thus stuck together. Wings were cold and wrong dipping sauce. Fries were cold, burgers was kinda warm. Will not return.
