Today at 1:00pm on July 4th 2025 give them all a raise I’ve lived in the area 2 years and man was the whole staff I encountered the best guest service I’ve received in my two years of coming to this location. (Don’t go to any others as this one’s closest to home) they forgot my mozzarella sticks I showed up and wasn’t mad or anything they were apologetic and super friendly I’m blown away by the staff I encountered today. Well done !

I very rarely eat fast food, however my 98 year old father was craving ARBYS ROAST BEEF, so what he wants, he gets!! ❤️I drove up for pickup and the person who took my order was friendly and polite and helpful! My order was prepared with minimal wait! Everything tasted great!!❤️❤️❤️❤️

Went to get a gift card for a thank you for someone. Left what looked like a card that had been through the wash 6x and used for 3 years. Asked if they had any new ones as it was a gift, and was told "no they're old because no one ever buys them" asked for a sleeve to put it in "we don't have those"Been in customer service for over 20 years and was just really put off by the rudeness and was embarrassed to give the give the card as thank you cause...
