My husband and I tried Agave for the first time this past friday while doing some Christmas shopping. We were excited with all the good reviews however the service and food fell short. We had a fantastic meal at this restaurant. We came expecting tacos (Taco Tuesday) and instead got great meals. We arrived at 8:30, 30 minutes before closing. Rather than telling us to find another place to eat, they served us hot Fajitas that were delicious. Their parking lot was not empty but still filled with customers. We began our meal with the standard chips and salsa, which came with one dish of salsa & one dish of refried beans. The chips were crunchy, their salsa was homemade and was only slightly spicy and very tasty - not too hot for someone who prefers less spicy salsa but just enough to add flavor.
