Visiting Charlie's for cheese steak sub. Got medium cheese steak and fries. The sandwich was good because I got double meat. Portion size ok but very expensive. The fries were not cooked enough,portion small not enough. Staff not into job. Poor customer service.

Food is always great staff was nice until they made a comment in front of customers like wow we got five dollars for tips so far. I don't think you should have to tip someone for doing there job. And don't think it right for staff to even mention in front of customers. They could make someone feel bad for not being able to afford to tip someone for doing there job

I've always had good experiences dining with Charley's :) Always fulfills the cheese steak cravings!Today I had a wonderful experience with the employees working, as I realized I did not have a full form of payment. They were kind and patient with me! Thank you for understanding that mistakes happen and for treating me so well in such an embarrassing instance. Keep up the great work
