Just left after visiting with my son. Having been a long time Appleton resident, we’ve frequented Copper Rock many times over the years but lately the quality has been less than acceptable.
A few weeks ago we bought coffee and asked for a French Press grind only to get home and find the beans to be very finely ground, as if for drip/machine brewing.

Great place, great latte, but shouldn’t have to wait 15 minutes for it to be made with only 2 orders in front of you.
Copper Rock used to be the place to go. I hadn't been there for a long time. It's now pretty run down, not very clean, not very attractive, doesn't present well. Time for major overehaul!
