Stopped in to pick up catering box of subs. They were just finishing up making the subs. Super friendly workers offered me a cup to have a drink while I waited. 5+ stars for the workers great attitude!!! Music playing enjoying their jobs.

I’ve came to this location a few times in the last couple months and every time I’m blown away by the top notch quality customer service!! The workers are extremely professional and so sweet and they care!! I always order through the app and when I pickup it’s so easy, and order is always right! , I felt the need to say well done 👏 will definitely be coming back!

I had the most beautiful experience at Cousins Subs over lunch today and felt like I needed to share with the masses!
As I got out of my car, an older gentleman was carrying his order out when the bag ripped and his French fries went all over the parking lot. I went to help and offered to go in and ask for some replacement fries (even if I had to pay for them) and I would bring them out to his car. The manager at Cousins, Joey, is the kindest human I have ever experienced...
