I had pre ordered my cookies yesterday and it still took 15 minutes for them to get them. 4 people were working and around 5 people waiting i. the lobby, I don’t know why it would take 15 minutes just for a pick up order.
Found out that a good friend was at her work on her birthday. It was late afternoon and I knew I didn’t have long before she left work. I went online to order & pay so all I would have to do is pick up the order and run across town. When I got there my order wasn’t ready. There were two people in the pick up line waiting on their order. Then after waiting 5 minutes a representative asked me if I needed help. I told her I was there for a pick up. She looked confused and...
I’ve been here several times and it’s a great place. I like it a lot. Only thing I’m worried about is the workplace environment. It looks a bit cramped in there and it gets crowded in the lobby frequently. I hope the employees get paid well, and are treated well in a stressful environment like this. I always tip them, and hope they have a splendid rest of their day. I enjoy the cookies a lot!
