Bagels are always good. But service the last 2x have been lacking. My order has been wrong the last 2x. Today the staff was having inappropriate conversations. I listened to one guy joke about having cancer. Not a joke when your family is dealing with it.
Love the food here and staff is very friendly! Only 3 stars because the cream cheese quantity has decreased in the bagels as of late and it was one of the best parts about this place that the cream cheese on the bagels was so much! Bring back more cream cheese and I'll up this review to 5 stars!
I am a very frequent customer (daily). A small dark haired waitress seems to cop an attitude with me. She either does not cut the bagel both ways which makes it hard to get the cream cheese on both sides evenly or she refuses to put a napkin in my bag. Today I asked if there was a napkin in the bag and she told me, “we have napkins in the lobby.” When you are busy and folks are lined up waiting for bagels, often the napkins and even the coffee is congested with people waiting....
