For years Sai Ram has been a favorite of ours. However, tonight was a horrible experience that will prevent us from coming back for some time.
After we were seated we patiently and quietly waited (and were brought water) while three more tables came in after us. Slowly, one by one, each of those tables had their orders taken without anyone coming to our own. Sai Ram is hands down our favorite restaurant in the area! Amazing food, great portions for the price, and friendly, fast service. The recent renovation looks beautiful too. Highly recommend—you won’t be disappointed!
You really just charged me $6 extra for a tiny to go cup of chutney to go with the two dinners I just ordered? Yeah sorry, You just lost a customer. I did enjoy coming here, but that cheapness will NOT be forgotten!
