“Great food, reasonable prices, friendly staff!“

“One of the best meals I have had in a while of this particular type of cuisine. My husband and I absolutely love experiencing all different kinds of food from everywhere. We recently relocated to the Appleton area after living 20 years in Wausau. One of the harder parts of leaving was losing all of the local small business places we frequented because we knew that their food was authentic and delicious. I happened upon Ong’s kitchen, just by exploring the area close to our house. I hadn’t yet had a chance to try it when a friend who lives here highly recommended it. I stopped in for lunch the other day and got the rice vermicelli noodle bowl. Which is a favorite of mine! Minus being to brave for my own level of spice 😝🥵 that I added(not the restaurants fault at all)….. it was a dish that reminded me of one of my favorite places that we had back in our old city. In fact, I am making my Husband get takeout from there today because I’m excited to try what else they offer. I am truly happy that this is one of the very first places that we found and we will be repeat customers. I’m sure you’ll even see my children in there because Pho & egg rolls are some of their favorites!! Thank you for sharing your delicious food with our community! “So glad we still have this place. Thier sandwiches are still the best and its a shame we dont have more shops. Some places have one sandwich I like but this place has a few and they always bring limited time sandwiches worth trying. They have great soups, chicken wild rice is my goto but beer cheese and cheddar broccoli soup are great when I'm in the mood for it. That soft and tasty piece of bread you get on top of your sandwich is always great to dip in your soup or just eat by itself. This will always be my goto for subs.“

“We love the eggs rolls.., crispy, loaded with meat and veggies, not greasy. They are superb tasting. They also freeze well snd can be reheated in the oven just like fresh ones. Yum 😋“
