This has become one of my favorite coffee shops! I love taking my laptop with and working here for a few hours. The avocado toast is THE BEST I’ve ever had, and their iced matcha latte with lavender is my go-to drink order.
Tempest has been a favorite of mine for a long time. However, you would think the quality would increase with the prices (it hasn’t). If I’m paying 7-9 dollars for a drink, I don’t want a pre-made matcha or an off ratio milk to espresso latte…
Not the place to go if you are pressed for time! I waited 45 minutes for a small iced mocha and a breakfast burrito. The service was incredibly slow and the staff was more interested in talking to each other than making the drinks for the line of people out the door. The drinks were good, but nothing special. I enjoyed the bacon breakfast burrito, but it was very expensive. There is plenty of seating outside on the patio. Parking is not easy to find since it’s in the apartment...
