I had one of the worse experiences I've ever had at a restaurant. I came in with a group of coworkers for a work meeting. 3 out of the 4 ordered steak. When our steaks came out not only was every steak cooked in correctly (medium well ordered:rare recieved, medium ordered:rare recieved, medium rare ordered, medium recieved) When the steaks were brought back out, same exact steaks, we were handed a steak that began on someone else's plate. Took my husband here for his birthday dinner, and we would of been better off staying at home. First, it was incredibly loud. My husband is hard of hearing so talking to him or him hearing our waitress was extremely difficult. It honestly felt more like sports bar than restaurant. The food was not it. I had a Cesar salad, if you can call it that, cause there was next to no dressing and worst of all, I found a hair while eating it. My girlfriend and I have been eating at this Texas Roadhouse every Friday night for the last year and a half. Sadly it’s possible that last night was our last time continuing this tradition. The manager that was on duty last night I believe her name was Jaylen, was quite possibly one of the rudest managers of a restaurant I’ve ever had an experience with. Texas Roadhouse offers a fantastic dining experience with amazing food, service, and a fun, upbeat atmosphere. The drinks and drink specials are fantastic, and the staff are top-notch. The food is served hot, timely, and very tasty, leaving customers full and satisfied. The accessibility is great for all customers. The restaurant is always packed for the dinner rush, but getting a table and a great meal is easy with a little patience. The salad is very impressive and underrated. The ribeye and ribs are delicious, and the bartender, Drew, is a definite asset to the restaurant. The young man at the takeout window also provides excellent service, going above and beyond to make the customers' experience better. Overall, Texas Roadhouse is a great spot for a delicious meal.
