Cousins Subs offers amazing food and service, with a menu that customers love. The new west college location has received praise for its perfect cheesesteak sandwich, showing a significant improvement from the previous northland mall location. However, some customers express a desire for more promotions for rewards members to encourage trying new items. There have been occasional mix-ups with orders, such as sandwiches missing ingredients like provolone cheese. Overall, Cousins Subs is appreciated for its great food and dedicated employees.
