My wife and I (local residents) have visited Thai Ginger Bistro a number of times in the past and have always enjoyed the dining experience. It was lunchtime, so we brought friends from out of state to enjoy some Thai cuisine (visited August 2023). Both my wife and my friend's wife (both Thai and excellent Thai cooks) said their expectations were met. We each had different menu items. Even though the wait staff was a bit challenged with the almost full house, the wait time...
This was some of the best Thai food we’ve ever had! The yellow curry and drunken noodles were our favorite of everything we got. It was a game weekend and busy, I would recommend getting reservations as we had a 45 minute wait on a Saturday night around 6:30.
