“Excellent Burgers!!! Combo appetizer of chicken strips, onion rings, and krinkle cut fries was the best. Onion rings are perfect... lightly battered & soft (not rock hard like fast food joints). Has a small salad bar. Many other menu choices looked delicious. People were very friendly, courteous, and just all around nice.“
“Saw the sign on Highway 13 so thought we’d give it a try. The cabin’s residents next door to ours said it was a good pick when we mentioned we were headed there. Told us about the hockey theme. We loved it! We were obviously outsiders but felt welcome. And Sparky couldn’t have been more friendly. Fun fellow to chat about hockey with. And the cod was awesome! Loved the fries. Service top notch. Going there was one of the highlights of our trip - loved it!“
“Great place to stop for a drink or to eat. I did both on Friday night. I ordered the White Fish, fish fry, which came with one giant plate sized piece, a very generous side of fries (delicious), coleslaw, and tartar sauce. The fish was excellent! I also had jalapeño poppers as a side. Bartenders were very nice and friendly, as well as the older lady next to me at the bar, waiting for her takeout. When I go up north, that is the exact place I'm looking for. Thank you!“
“A very small local pub. Extreme 'up North' pub. When in town we always stop here in hope of running into old friends and neighbors. They make good drinks at easy prices. They make limited food, but last time I had a burger it was great! Strike up a conversation with owner/bartenders.“
“Great small-town grill. Burgers are fresh made and fresh fish fru every Friday. Great atmosphere. Server was very attentive and always had a natural smile and looked like she enjoyed being there; I feel this says a lot for the place. Owners visited the tables and know all the regulars.“
