I usually come here every week and purchase 2 xl pizzas which takes roughly 30 minutes or so which is fine but this time I've been here almost an hour and asked about the pizzas which made them realize they forgot to even start my order..instead of just admitting fault they said it was because they got busy.. The lady was very rude and yelled at me when I asked for sausage and she thought I said pepperoni. Instead of just switching to a sausage slice, she argued with me that I said pepperoni and would not help me. I left and got a pizza from subway for my 2 year old who only likes sausage pizza.

came here to pick up a doordash order. was immediately yelled at for being there too early when the order isn’t supposed to be picked up for another 20 minutes. this wait time is a problem I only seem to have with sbarro in particular so whatever they need to do to get their timing down would be great. also judging by the other reviews i’m not alone in thinking the attitude of the employees is ridiculous.
