Employees don't talk just mumble hard to understand seem annoyed.
The food was great and they were open until 5am like advertised! The woman working the drive through was very pleasant and when I told her that the West Mason location shut down over half an hour early (after we sent in our online order) she was very empathetic and apologetic. Overall great experience in the end.
Ordered DoorDash pick up 10 min prior. Got there. Waited 30mins for my food. Got home and everything was undercooked and made wrong. I NEVER write reviews but this one was worth typing for. Tear the place down and put up a 7 brew.

The Taco Bell restaurant has received positive reviews from customers. The food is praised for its quick delivery and quality and is fresh. The staff is noted as friendly and amazing, offering excellent service and respect to the customers. Rebecca and Mateo were amazing, and the service is 5 stars for sure. The dining room is described as clean. Vegetarian options are appreciated, as they are not commonly found in most fast-food places. The tacos are specifically mentioned as being filled with meat, lettuce, and cheese. The Fire spice is highlighted as adding a pleasant kick. However, the recurring complaint is about the crispy taco shells, which are described as not holding up well to the taco meat. They seem to forget an item almost every time, but the food is fresh. Nut balls are probably a new favorite thing on the menu. Overall, customers have had pleasant and great experiences at this Taco Bell location, which is considered the best in town.
