“I had the pizza burger special at the Bagley hotel. The salad was average( fresh) but the burger was great and the fries tasted superb! The pumpkin desert was an added bonus that was delicious. Price was for lunch was 6.50. Would recommend the burger for sure!“

“I'm a pilot... Flew in from Des Moines, Iowa on a fun cross country and stopped for some food. We pulled up 30 minutes before close and the staff was friendly. Food came quick and was hot. Tasted good and well priced. Will fly back again!“

“Camping in wyalusing found this place on Google searching. Went in and blown away. From the very kind owners serving us to the amazing catfish I had and Ruben my buddy had. Absolutely hands down best catfish and Ruben we have had. Idc where you are this place is worth the drive by itself at least once.“

“Loved it here! The best fried pickles I've ever had. I had the cod nuggets and a Moscow mule and those were both very good as well. It's always a gamble on a mule and they typically come out to strong but this one was perfect. We will be stopping again.“

“The food and drinks here were phenomenal! The men got steaks, which they both said were amazing. I got the seafood pasta, and can truly say that it was the best seafood I've ever had. The noodles were a bit overcooked, but it was still really good. My mother in law got chicken Parm which she said was good as well, same comment about the noodles being overcooked. All in all, it was a great night and a good experience!“

“Met my friend there for lunch. Nice little place in a nice little town. I looked over the menu and asked for a recommendation from our waitress. The chef popped over the counter and said his favorite was the Shipwreck Omelette. Done! My friend ordered the Double Hamburger. We also ordered a side of Onion Rings. Everything was great! “It was a sports bar / Diner vibe. I got the chicken mole, was tasty, but definitely not traditional as far as I could tell. My friend got the Pollo a la Diabla and we could barely tell the two apart. The cheese quesadilla I got for my 3-year-old was not good, tasted very artificial and stale, but she ate the rice. “1st time visit here. We tried Lunch and dinner. Brisket sandwich, burger, nacho plater, all very good for lunch!!!! Fries and ketchup could be much better. Server was awesome. Dinner we had boasted chicken and fried shrimp. Once again all very good except for the sides. Fries still could be better, slaw ok, no baked potato or side salads. Overall a very good and cool place! Server makes the best bloody mary and pickles I've ever had!“

“We recently celebrated my parent’s 40th wedding anniversary with an open house happy hour at Old Man River. The owners so easy and accommodating to work with while preparing and were very responsive as we planned from out of tow . The appetizers, service, and drinks were FANTASTIC and our entire group had a great time. If you’re ever in McGregor put this on your MUST VISIT list.“
