“Good Food, Good Prices and I eat there bout twice a week BUT if you ever go thru the Drive Thru and get home to see an order messed up dont expect them to make it right UNLESS you wanna hop right back in your vehicle and drive 20 miles each way AGAIN.. I Feel like not what I ordered should make it right next time especially since im a returning customer BUT maybe that doesn't even matter. Thanks, for what I have no idea. I even called and Manager on duty Wasn't very concerned he said "Ill let them know it was wrong"" GEEZ THANKS a milliion..”

“I would give 5 stars for the food, which is excellent! But only three for the front of house staff. Each time I have been to Phoenix, I have been so very very disappointed by the wait staff and hosts. Which is too bad, because the chef/kitchen is brilliant, and the front of house does NOT do them justice.

Put away the jeans and teeshirts, spend some time training the wait staff (pre-bussing, waiting for guests to actually take their seats before tearing off, asking if guests would like dessert, less time visiting and more time checking in with guests, etc) ...they are the face of the restaurant, but right now are detracting from an otherwise wonderful experience!

Staff has dramatically improved since my initial review. Also, the patio is great in the summer! They now offer monthly specials and the creativity of the chef continues. 10/10 recommend for dinner. However, we did call the event manager and left a message regarding potentially having my daughters wedding there, and no one ever called back. So, though they get good event ratings, my experience was such that we selected another venue. So giving 4 stars for service.”

“Under new management. Very different atmosphere than before. Friendly and thorough service. Clean restaurant, and an all around positive dining experience while my family and I were in there eating 3weeks ago. Food was great, hot and the people were very polite. “Only the drive-thru was open. This was not a major issue except that being on the road, we wanted to go inside and use restrooms. Had to go to a nearby convenience store and then return. Service here was quick and my choco-brownie-extreme blizzard had a LOT of brownies, which was great. Often (other DQs) overdo the choco chips and are wimpy on the brownie. Asked for honey mustard sauce with the chicken but got ONE single BBQ sauce — vs. THREE honey mustards at a different DQ a couple weeks ago. Also had to ask for our change after paying cash. Both of these issues probably could've been avoided if the lobby has been open.”

Really patient with me ordering for 3 indecisive kids, very accommodating for my mom who is gluten free getting salad from the back, workers seemed happy to be there. Subway has upped their freshness in the past few years too. Went after going to Crystal Cave from the Cities.”

“We had a friend recommend this restaurant for their buffets and for our wedding wanted local and buffet style. We set up a taste testing and this was the first time there/having their food. Communication was great! Owner was 10/10! We booked them as our caterer and do not regret it! So many compliments on the food, owner was SO awesome throughout the whole process, and we even have some friends that booked them for their upcoming wedding! We only have great things to talk about! Now we enjoy their fish Friday’s for date night!”
