Had to wait 10min while they were refilling items, joking to themselves, and not once did they acknowledge that I was standing in front of them. I finally left since obviously customer service is last on their agenda
Probably the best experience with Subway I’ve had. Really patient with me ordering for 3 indecisive kids, very accommodating for my mom who is gluten free getting salad from the back, workers seemed happy to be there. Subway has upped their freshness in the past few years too. Went after going to Crystal Cave from the Cities.
