Wales Mill Pub & Bistro in downtown Bangor offers great food, service, prices and atmosphere. The absolute nicest staff ever, with great service and excellent food. The food, staff, and atmosphere are always wonderful. This beautiful little pub is fine dining in Bangor Wisconsin, beautifully decorated with a great menu of affordable meals. The Highland Mac and Cheese was the best ever, and the NY Prime Rib had a wonderful flavor and melted in your mouth. The baked cod and asparagus were hot, with steam visible, and everything was delicious. The chocolate cake dessert was just right. Even when the restaurant was full, the acoustics were perfect. Pricing was a bit upscale, but beef prices are high right now. The little shop has home made cookies, breads, soups and much much more. Large selection of wines and tap beers. Highly recommend, and worth stopping in and experiencing.
