The salad bar is always fresh, and dishes like the perch dinner, BCC Turkey Club, blue gill, and the full rack of ribs are highly praised. Fore Seasons Restaurant @ the BCC also offers a fantastic Sunday Brunch with a great selection. The food is plentiful and delicious, with generous portions. The view over the Baraboo Golf Course is topping on the cake. Reservations are recommended, especially for Friday nights.
