I've been to OBI several times and all I can say is WOW!!! I love it! This place is so UNIQUE and full of charm! It has everything - specialty drinks, mocktails, delicious PIZZA, history, ghosts, paranormal investigations, special events, EXCELLENT service and great prices! I highly recommend checking it out!
We did a historic tour. Our guide was wonderful, very informative and so fun!! No rush at all and plenty pictures. I'll be going back with friends. P.s. The blackberry mule was the best thing since prohibition ended.

This 1864 building has a lot of history as a former bar, boarding house, brothel, and mobster stopover, making it a great place for those interested in paranormal investigations.
