My wife and I took the distillery tour and really enjoyed it. It's a very cool building and very cool process. Our tour guide Alex was kind and knowledgeable. The tasting was delicious. We then had lunch at the restaurant trying the Duck confi flatbread as an appetizer and I had the oaken margarita and definitely recommend both. Great distillery. Plan on eating here too.
Drinks are good, food is decent but not great. Patio over the river is nice until it gets buggy.
