“We visited this location during a Friday night dinner rush on 7/19. It was quite busy and the staff was busting their backs to keep up. Although it was so busy it was hard for them to keep up (I’ve def seen way more staff in busy locations like this one so maybe something to consider) they all seemed to keep a smile on their face and were very polite. The variety of pizza was lacking due to so many customer orders on the bar. I think pizza ranch needs to address their special orders policy during such busy hours (maybe limit it if possible). Anyways overall good experience!“

“I had given a 1 star review to the Kalahari due to a huge charge I got by mistake. I contacted the Resort and it was taken cared of, it did take over a week to get the refund which is understandable. The reason for this updated post is to say that I am pleased with the customer service I recieved. Don't get me wrong, it was upsetting but I do understand human error happens. Needless to say, we can't wait to go back and experience the need addition being built, I really, really hope they have the huge family hottub. The Kalahari is be best Resort in the Dells, we have visited the rest but can't compare to the Kalahari“

“What a great place! i ordered the jalapeño bacon burger and asked for no bacon It was so delicious! Bun was delicious too! I also got their cucumbers and hummus 😋me and my 6yo ate it up! 🤣 our waitress was great too very fast and patient with us all“

“I stopped in on Veterans day to grab some dinner. I had never been there before and did not realize they offer a complimentary dinner to vets. Needless to say the staff was great, especially the bartender, Tyler, who not only made me feel completely welcome but was also very down to earth and very easy to conversation with. The food and hospitality were exceptionall but I have to say Tyler's welcoming personality really put my first experience at Moosejaw over the top!! AAA+++ Thank you Tyler“

“Here with my family of 5 last weekend.
It was our 1st time to stay at the resort and I accidentally had my grocery delivery sent to Mulligans. Dani (hope i spelled it right) was beyond sweet when I explained the mixup and the fact that I would be arriving 3 hours later than anticipated. She went above and beyond by not only graciously receiving my order, but also refrigerating it all as well. Needless to say we definitely visited on Saturday while skiing. We only had appetizers, they were very delicious (Tenders, wings and pretzel bites---best ever). I had the white sangria which had the most delicious fruit muddled into it. Couldn't believe how good it was for a ski lodge. The service was good, they got busy, but always had a smile to give us (thanks Emmi). I truly enjoyed our visit and was lucky to have a great window seat to keep an eye on my teen who skied for hours! Thank you everyone who works at Mulligans!“
