Ohio resort was so much fun for our family! Our kids were exhausted from the waterpark but wanted to keep going back!

Best customer service experience ever! Upon check-in, I met the best customer service representative. Kia was so helpful. Not only did she check us in, but she also recommended that we try the breakfast buffet, informed us about the Easter egg hunt (which my kids loved), VIP parking, and must-do activities at the water park.
She even followed up throughout our stay to make sure we were enjoying our experience.
