What a fun place. Decor from the 1960s with all solid wood and quartersawn oak panels.

Exceptional Friday fish fry / bake, and they could easily accommodate one in our party that is gluten-free. And they even do the Wisconsin potato pancakes with applesauce. Prices are quite reasonable.

If you live in or around Baraboo, or you're just visiting from deep south Arizona like us, you really owe it to yourself to visit every Friday for this...

Soups are AH-MAZING. Got here 12:30 on a Saturday. Sat right away, food a few minutes after we ordered. Desserts looked amazing, everything home made! It says a lot when the owner is there every day and takes her own tables. Thank you, Jen!

It’s been a little while since we were in here last but the couple times we’ve been in have not disappointed.
My toddler and I were in one day for lunch & we’re catered to like we were family. The older waitress was so kind and helpful!
The second time was my husband was with me and my son for breakfast & everything was excellent.
We love the older vibe and everyone is treated like family. Food is excellent! Portions are perfect and prices...
