I stopped by Chili John’s Café recently and really enjoyed it. The food was hearty, comforting, and tasted homemade. Portions were generous and everything was served hot and fresh. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and the atmosphere was cozy and relaxed. This is a great local spot and I will definitely be back. Highly recommend supporting this place! Love this place!!!
Was very excited to have Chili John's chili hoping it was just like the Chili John's recipe that used to be in Green Bay. The extremely friendly waiter said it was better. It was not! It was very runny and tasted like watered down Hormel. The hand cut fries which he also recommended were hard & lacked seasoning. The hamburger however was very good with a perfectly toasted bun and perfectly grilled onions. The place is older & a bit run down, but it had character...
We are from out of town and love a good small town food spot. The staff are really kind. The price is really affordable and amazing. We didn’t know it was cash only and they were very understanding and kind about it letting me run to get cash. We will definitely be back next time we are town.
