“Chick-fil-A is always our go to for fast food. We decided to cater for our son’s first birthday because, again, we LOVE chick-fil-a There was an issue on our order where our sweet tea was forgotten, we weren’t able to travel back to get it but before I even realized that it was missing, management called, wanted to immediately rectify the situation. Most places would say “hey, they didn’t say anything so it’s their issue” but for them to go out of their way to let us know and on top of it make it right. I’m completely blown away. The integrity and just all around amazing staff just makes it hard to go anywhere else. We love you guys and you’ll always have loyal customers In us.”

“Went on 5/4 at 1pm. Ordered 2 smoothies and a sandwich. Was told there would be a 5 minute wait in the drive through for the food and we would get the total at the window. 20 mintues later we were still waiting for the car infront of us. Absolutely ridiculous! We decided to leave and went elsewhere...where we got a discount just for saying how horrible of an experience we had a TS. Never again!”

“Good but high calorie food. Never had any issues with food quality or presentation but it can be annoying seeing just a large number of employee's standing behind the counter doing nothing. I don't understand why Culver's pays all these kids to just stand behind the counter doing nothing. It's not just this one it's all Culver's.”

“Overall a great experience - my son was really impressed with the burger & chili cheese fries.
The guy who was at the cash register (blue jeans/glasses) definitely needs a raise. He was so friendly & helpful with everyone. They forgot to make our ice cream & then made it incorrectly but it was still a 5-star experience because that one guy went out of his way to have awesome customer service.”

“Always a great meal! Never disappointed. The one single thing that I've noticed has changed with them is that their 'freaky fast' delivery, is not so 'freaky fast' anymore. But i can live with that. I commonly order lunch and have it delivered to my job sites, 95% of the time when I ask to have it delivered right at Noon, they are pretty close. Overall satisfied with their food and service.”

“We live next to Lambeau Field- went in to the BDUBS in Ashwaubenon and were sat, and waited ten minutes and never saw our server, there were servers walking around in the dining area talking, and there was one other table sat and all the people had their food.. So we left, and came to this BDUBS- were immediately greeted and sat, promptly had drinks and food ordered (and our server was excellent) I wish I had remembered his name he was a younger guy.. food came out quickly, drinks were good- food was exactly what I wanted. It’s a further drive than we like but it’s worth it when I’m having that craving. We’ll be back!”

“We are from SW WI, & stopped in last weekend as we were surprising our daughter with a surprise quick visit at her workplace. She loves baked goods and so I used google to find bakeries in the area. We were pretty close to this one, but had never heard of it— and now we can’t wait to return! Tried 3 flavors of kringles, 2 almond bear claws and a strawberry strudel. I enjoy baking too but I haven’t had baked goods like this since I was younger (& my mom made baked goods). Exquisite layers in those kringles— wow! So glad we found you! what a treasure!”
