I have been coming to the Beloit, Wi. location for a couple of years. Since the change in manager about a month ago EVERYTHING has become subpar. I will begin with the lack of cleaning in the dining room. Every table was dirty. No ice in the machine and no napkins in the dispenser. The staff smelled like marijuana which would explain the dining room. I ordered my sandwich on wheat bread and it was served on white bread. Also my husband's sandwich was missing requested ingredients....

Evidently when you know the person working behind the counter and she makes your food first as soon as you walk though the door and then you get your food before the 3 people in line that already paid and we have to wait. That’s BS
