This morning, June 26th, I visited the Dunkin’ location on Highway 54 in Black River Falls, and what I witnessed left me deeply concerned and honestly heartbroken.
Two incredibly young workers — likely teenagers or just out of high school — were single-handedly managing the drive-thru orders, taking register payments, mobile orders, and making all the drinks and food themselves.
