“I made an order over the app, but had an error and wasn’t sure if the order processed. Went to buy my stuff just in case it did work. Spoiler, it didn’t. Fortunately, the staff there were extremely kind and helpful. They made sure I didn’t complete the order, ordered my redo right away and made it right. Even made sure I didn’t want whip cream when I substituted for oat milk - I totally forgot and the staff was looking out for my health. Excellent service, excellent food :)“

“Orders are consistently accurate, and the food and drinks are always made well. However, the customer service can be hit or miss. Staff are not always friendly, and when asking questions, the responses can sometimes come across as dismissive or rude.

Additionally, promotions don’t always seem to be honored at this location. Even when showing proof through the app, emails, or text messages, there can be confusion or refusal to apply advertised deals. Hoping to see some improvement in customer service and consistency with promotions.“
